Project Overview

The Port Capacity Project is a Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) expansion plan to increase Melbourne’s port capacity and satisfy future container trade growth. It is a vital link in the complex supply chain that drives Melbourne’s economy. The project underwent redevelopment to provide additional opportunities for capacity expansion, improved operations and terminal upgrades. The Roads and Services package includes construction works to the surrounding traffic and transport links (Todd Rd, Alpha Rd, Charlie Rd, etc.), Webb Dock redevelopment and environmental management.
