Rob Hammond
Managing Director
Rob Hammond has been consulting since 1996 and became a Managing Director of TBH in 2012. He is an expert in project planning & programming, scheduling, strategic planning, project delivery strategies, contract administration, and project and program management, and is experienced in all stages of projects from inception to commissioning.
Phil Lee
Chairman
Phil Lee has worked as a project management consultant since 1978 and became a Director of TBH in 1990. He is an expert in strategic planning, project planning & programming and is experienced in all stages of projects from inception to commissioning across all industries in which TBH provides services. Phil also practices as an expert and expert witness, and provides expert determination services in disputes.
Dave Andrews
Director – VIC & SA
Dave Andrews has worked in design and consulting roles since 1990 and became a Director of TBH in 2010. He has been involved in various aspects of Project Management and planning of numerous projects of various complexities and industries.
Tim Ash
Director – NSW
Tim Ash has worked in both consulting and contracting roles since 1993 and became a Director of TBH in 2008. He is an expert in project planning & programming, contract administration and earned value analysis and also practices as an expert and expert witness in disputes.
Ben Atkin
Director – NSW
Since joining TBH in 2004 and becoming a Director in 2012, Ben has been involved in numerous large scale technology, telecommunications and infrastructure projects. His recent work with Vodafone Hutchison Australia required Ben to develop a scheduling framework, process and methodology for various programs.
Barry Beck
Director – NSW
Barry Beck has worked in design, consulting and contracting roles since 1961 and became a Director of TBH in 1977. He is an expert in a wide range of project disciplines including project planning & programming, contract administration, project definition, feasibility studies, strategic planning, project delivery options, productivity improvement and project management training.
John Brady
Director – NSW & WA
John Brady has been consulting since 1985 and became a Director of TBH in 2005. He is an expert in project planning & programming, contract administration and project management training, and is experienced in all stages of projects from inception to commissioning.
Graham Cox
Director – QLD
Graham Cox has experience in the construction and development industry specialising in Design Management and Client-side Project Management and acting as Superintendent. He became a Director of TBH in 2010.
Bradley Giller
Director – NSW
Brad Giller has worked in on-site roles since 1995, and became a Director of TBH in 2010. Since joining TBH in 2003, Brad has worked on numerous commercial, residential, defence, health, education and infrastructure projects.
Matt Hansen
Director – QLD
Matt has been consulting since 1986 and became a Director of TBH in 2005. He is experienced in all project stages from inception to commissioning and is an expert in strategic planning, project planning & programming, and contract administration. Matt also practices as an expert and expert witness in disputes.
Jonathan Jacobs
Director – WA
Jonathan is an experienced planner and has worked extensively in both the United Kingdom and Australia before joining the TBH Sydney office in 2003. He transferred to the Perth office in November 2007 and became a Director in 2011. He has been involved in a variety of projects valued including major rail, infrastructure, power services, commercial construction, and IT and communications.
Leonie Kelly
Director – QLD
After beginning her career in building services in 1980, Leonie Kelly joined TBH in 1989 and became a Director in 2000. Leonie has developed TBH’s Queensland office from a niche provider of time management services to a market leader in both time management and the broader spectrum of quality project management services.
Brian Kooyman
Director – Global Business Development
Brian Kooyman has worked in the Australian construction industry since 1972 and became a Director of TBH in 1986. He has extensive experience in the management and planning of the design, documentation and construction phases of major projects.
John Marinovich
Director – NSW
John Marinovich has worked in both consulting and contracting roles since 1985 and became a Director of TBH in 2004. He is experienced in all project stages from inception to commissioning, and is an expert in strategic planning, project planning & programming, project delivery, and the development and implementation of project management systems and procedures. John also practices as an expert in disputes, particularly Security of Payment Act disputes.
Jonathan Shahady
Director – NSW
Jonathan Shahady has been a program planning and management consultant since 1986 and became a Director of TBH in 1999. In a career spanning over 25 years, Jonathan has worked on over 500 projects worth many billions of dollars, including several landmark projects and has worked with some of the leading minds in management, construction, government and business. Jonathan is an industry recognised programme and project management expert and is regularly called upon to advise in the resolution of disputes.
Meiske Sompie
Director – NSW
Meiske Sompie joined TBH in 2000 and became a Director of TBH in 2011. She has gained a wealth of technical knowledge and experience while specialising in the provision of project management services and programming across a number of industries including ICT, construction and infrastructure upgrades.
Jiong Zhu
Director – VIC & SA
Jiong Zhu has worked in the building and construction industry since 1984, and became a Director of TBH in 2005. He is an expert in strategic planning, project planning & programming, project supervision, contract and cost administration, feasibility studies and cost management.
