  • Bruce Harvey
    Specialist Consultant – ACT
    Bruce Harvey has worked in government, contracting and consulting since 1972, and was a Director of our company from 1992 until 2003. Bruce now operates as a specialist consultant to TBH and is our representative in the ACT. Bruce is an expert in strategic planning, project planning & programming, project management, training facilities management and value management. He specialises in project management systems and procedures.
  • Roy HammondRoy Hammond
    Specialist Consultant – NSW
    Roy Hammond has provided expert planning and programming services with TBH since 1969 and was Managing Director of from 1974 until 1995. He remained a Director of the Group until 2004 and is now a very active specialist consultant to TBH. Roy is one of Australia’s pre-eminent experts in strategic planning, and project planning & programming. He is also an expert in the preparation and analysis of contractual claims, and assisting with the resolution of disputes. He is regularly called upon in litigation and arbitration proceedings to provide his expert opinion on time-related matters and to provide expert determinations.

    Specialist Consultant – NSW
    Greg Riley has worked in consulting, planning and programming roles since 1978, and was a Director of TBH from 1999 until 2003. He is now a very active specialist consultant to TBH. Greg is one of Australia’s pre-eminent experts in strategic planning, and project planning & programming. He provides studies of construction methods, material handling analysis, assessment of project manpower requirements and resource optimisation, acceleration, trend and gross time calculation, and probability/risk analysis.
  • Gordon-LynasGordon Lynas
    Specialist Consultant – NSW
    Gordon Lynas has worked in design, consulting and contracting roles since 1971 and was a Director of TBH from 1998 until 2011. He is expert in project management processes and techniques, with particular emphasis on the integration of time, cost and risk management, including earned value analysis.
