Integrated Project Controls is a key part of project management enabling projects to be delivered efficiently, on time and on budget.

It involves the establishment of people, processes and systems in a way that provides visibility of performance, assisting in early decision making that keeps projects on track and focused. Integrated Project Controls (IPC) provides a structured governance framework enabling maturity in delivery, and allowing consistent transparency of performance and risk management, of particular benefit to the Construction industry.

Drawing on contemporary case studies of his experience in Integrated Project Controls across a variety of industries and countries, TBH Principal and IPC expert Steven Bird, will discuss the enhancements the discipline can provide to a project, and he will also demonstrate common project risks that can be easily avoided.

A networking opportunity will follow the seminar with drinks and canapes provided.
