Royal Adelaide Hospital has too few construction workers, TBH report to SA Government says

TBH has been engaged directly by the state in a planning and strategic advisory role, operating
in addition to the independent certifier, with a primary purpose of risk management for the state.

In the December report update to the South Australian Government, TBH's prompt monitoring and assessment has diagnosed the project to be "under resourced" and expressed concern about the volume of work yet to be completed.

Since its engagement during the tender period, TBH has provided advice in relation to contractual requirements, program achievability, planning services for the State FF&E procurement, claims advice and support for the integration of the hospital into the wider eHealth program. Of particular attraction to the state was TBH’s involvement in numerous other large scale health projects, within PPP and other contract models.
