We look for people with strong academic backgrounds and the drive to continually develop skills and knowledge. Graduates with ambition and good communication skills will find plenty of opportunities to take real responsibility on major projects at TBH.
As a TBH graduate you will be trained by qualified senior staff, exposing you to a large variety of projects.
Graduates play a key role within our project teams with training schemes providing the support and guidance required to develop essential skills and knowledge. Formal training is complemented by “on the job” learning on live projects. Successful candidates are financially supported with professional fees, subscriptions and membership fees.
TBH offers limited internship places to penultimate year students. Successful applicants will get to work with us for eight weeks over their summer holidays (late November to February), while the most talented applicants will get access to graduate opportunities before we go to market.
The program is competency based, which is assessed at regular appraisals with your direct Job Captain and/or Director.
