Project Overview

In 2009 Vodafone Australia and Hutchison 3 merged to become Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA). This massive integration project resulted in a portfolio of hundreds of projects covering network integration, IT transformation, corporate relocations, HR consolidations and a host of business support systems projects. VHA engaged TBH at the start of the integration in 2009 to provide planning and project control services to support the delivery plan and deliver over 100 projects.

TBH Director Ben Atkin took up the challenge and his team developed a detailed VHA roadmap and portfolio framework that remains a key part of the roadmap delivery process.
