TBH's Role

TBH was commissioned by Alcatel-Lucent’s (ALU), the System Integrator for Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS and BSS), responsible for managing the nationwide all-fiber platform in Next Gen NBN frame, which includes providing software, hardware and professional services in support of each vendors operations and business models.

TBH was involved in the establishment, development and implementation of ALU’s planning and programming structure for the Next Gen NBN rollout in Singapore. This involved the creation of customised programme templates and reports. The programme template were implemented and tailored to adapt to the requirements for each of ALU’s individual project, phases and streams while the planning structure and programmes were focused on standardising ALU’s programming practices.
