Project Overview

Regional Rail Link (RRL) is a major new line running from West Werribee to Deer Park and along the existing rail corridor through Sunshine and Footscray to Melbourne's Southern Cross Station. The project includes up to 50km of new track, two new platforms at Southern Cross Station, a new rail bridge and new stations in Tarneit and Wyndham Vale. TBH provided project planning services and conducted a schedule range/risk analysis covering five major contracts, quantification of uncertainty and risks and the provision of appropriate contingency for completion of each major contract.
